We do not have a refund policy. Instead, should you can exchange your items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. When the items are being delivered, you must must disclose to our delivery staff any defective or damaged items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
